Ultra PCS recognises that its Early Careers employees are key to the success of the growth of the organisation and seeks to maintain a culture of continuous professional development across the business. Our vision is to develop a world class engineering company that provides our Early Careers with a structured framework so they may build upon their talents, experience, skills, and knowledge to support their development.
Overview of our Early Careers Schemes
The four Early Careers Schemes within Engineering are:
• Engineering Graduate Development Scheme
• Engineering Degree Apprentice Development Scheme
• Engineering Technician Apprentice Development Scheme
• Engineering Undergraduate Scheme
These schemes are a series of programmes designed to aid the progression and development of Early Careers within the respective engineering discipline.
Every Early Careers Scheme participant will experience different placements throughout the business as well as their home discipline. There are opportunities to work in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Sales as well as different engineering disciplines.
Ultra PCS wants to develop our Early Careers Scheme participants into well rounded, technically excellent, and professionally competent employees with a solid understanding of the wider business environment and operating model.
